We provide capacity building trainings, provide transformative strategic accompaniment, provide strategy development support, provide deep research, data and evidence support, and support build movement infrastructure by assessing ecosystems, mapping the networks that hold current arrangements in place, developing healing narratives with movement partners, and building the capacity of organizers and coalitions to read their terrain strategically.
Our current body of work spans four California ecosystems: youth justice transformation, immigrant rights, adult justice transformation, and education justice.
